Klus Drop Shipments

- Klus handles its own orders, so inventory and shipping times depend on them—we don’t control their processing.
- We can ask for a specific shipping method, but Klus may not always be able to support it.
- Orders shipping to New York will have an extra fee because of Klus's special agreement in that state.
- There's a minimum order value of $250. If that’s not met, a surcharge will apply.

We ship all international orders outside the USA and Puerto Rico with UPS Worldwide Expedited. Want faster delivery or tracking options with FedEx or DHL? Contact us for special requests—we’re happy to help you choose the best option when available.
Delivery times can vary depending on border processing and other factors, so we can’t guarantee an exact arrival date—but we’ll make sure it gets to you as smoothly as possible. Just keep in mind that any customs duties or fees that may apply will be your responsibility at the time of delivery.

Shipping Basics
Where is my order shipped from?
We normally ship from our warehouse in Santa Ana, California. Sometimes, drop shipping from another warehouse is necessary to speed up your delivery time.
Why do I have more than one tracking number?
That’s completely normal. Multiple tracking numbers just mean your order is arriving in different boxes.
What if I have questions or issues with shipping or tracking?
Feel free to call or email our support team anytime! We’re happy to help with tracking updates or anything else about your delivery.
Please include your order number and a short description of the issue—we’ll get back to you within one business day and help move things forward quickly. Just make sure to report it soon so we can work with the carrier. You can also contact them directly for extra-detailed shipping information.
Are there any exceptions to the shipping process during busy times?
Yes, high-volume periods like Cyber Month and other sale events may affect some of our usual shipping rules.
We’ll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but there may be a few changes.
Can I change the shipping method after my order ships?
Once your order has shipped with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, the shipping method can’t be changed.
What if I need my order faster?
If you need your order quickly, it’s best to place a new one with expedited shipping.
Delivery Guidelines
Are your delivery times guaranteed?
Please note that we can’t guarantee delivery times—things like weather or carrier delays can sometimes affect when your package arrives.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always! If your order includes items like aluminum channels, it might be split into multiple packages. That helps us ship everything safely.
Is a signature needed to receive my package?
You can request a signature on delivery for added peace of mind.
Why did I only get part of my order today?
Sometimes, shipping carriers separate packages while they’re on the way, so your order might show up on different days. It’s nothing to worry about.
Can I get Saturday delivery for my order?
Some areas of the USA qualify for Saturday delivery via UPS. There’s an extra $20 fee for this service, which UPS adds to your shipping quote. To choose this option, you’ll need to contact us and let us know before placing the order.
Can I change my delivery address after my order ships?
Only UPS and FedEx may be able to update your delivery address while the package is still in transit. If your order is already out for delivery, it can’t be updated or recalled.
Troubleshooting
What should I do if my package is late or seems lost?
If your delivery is more than three business days late or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us. We’ll need to hear from you within five business days of the last tracking update to look into a lost package.
What if something is missing or damaged in my order?
Please check your package the moment it arrives. If anything is missing or damaged, let us know within 72 hours. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the items and packaging so we can help you quickly.

What carrier services do you use?
We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL (for international shipping, if available), and USPS, and all orders come with tracking.
Can I use my own shipping account?
We support shipping through FedEx and UPS customer accounts. If you have a carrier-specific account outside of these, please contact us to confirm availability.
What should I know about shipping with USPS?
- USPS Parcel Select is a low-cost shipping option, but it comes with limited tracking updates.
- If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing a different carrier, like UPS or FedEx, for faster and more reliable delivery.
