How do I apply for Net 30 payment terms?
Qualified Flexfire PRO Partners can apply by completing the Flexfire Credit Application. Once your application has been reviewed, we’ll notify you of your approval status, available credit limit, and payment terms.
Who is eligible for Net 30 payment terms?
Net 30 payment terms are available to qualified members of the Flexfire PRO Partner Program. Approval is based on our review of your completed credit application and supporting business information.
How is my credit limit determined?
Your credit limit is established after reviewing your application, business information, and credit references. Approved applicants will receive a notification outlining their available credit limit and payment terms.
When does my 30-day payment period begin?
Your payment period begins on the date your order ships from the Flexfire warehouse, not when the order is placed.
Can I still prepay my orders?
Yes. You may choose to prepay any order by credit card or any of our current payment methods. However, orders totaling $5,000 or more must be paid by check or wire transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Automated Clearing House (ACH/E-Checks)
- Checks
- Wire transfers
How do I place orders after my account is approved?
Once your credit account has been established, orders may be placed by phone or email. Orders become binding once submitted.
What happens if my payment is late?
Accounts with past-due balances may have new orders placed on hold until payment is received. Finance charges of 1.25% per month (15% annually) may apply to overdue balances.
What happens if my business doesn’t order for a while?
Accounts inactive for six (6) months or longer may be asked to update their information. Accounts inactive for more than one (1) year may be required to submit a new application before payment terms can be reinstated.
Who is responsible for shipping costs?
Shipping charges are billed to the customer. Standard shipments do not automatically include shipping insurance. If you’d like insurance coverage, please contact our team for a quote before your order ships.
Is my business information kept confidential?
Yes. Flexfire stores all application information securely using physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Information is accessed only for legitimate business purposes and is disclosed only when required by law.
